This is an organization dedicated to the education, training and continuous development of its members while promoting fair play and good sportsmanship. The organization is affiliated with the New York State Baseball Umpires Association and the New York State Public High School Athletic Association.

Organization's objectives:

• To unite, train, develop and certify officials desiring to officiate high school baseball games.
• To establish an on going study and training program.
